Greenbelt fertilisers Tanzania Limited is a newly established agricultural company in Tanzania. As a continually growing, evolving and innovative business, the position of Operations Manager has arisen.
The key Requirements the successful applicant must have are;
• Bachelor degree / Advance diploma in Agriculture general, Operations Management, Business Administration or any other equivalent to the post
• A minimum of 5 years operations management experience
• Proven Agricultural experience will be an added advantage
The key skills the successful applicant must display are;
• The ability to manage a large team of staff efficiently and effectively
• Ability to grasp technical concepts
• The ability to prioritise tasks within strict deadlines
• Good negotiating skills
• Be computer literate
• The ability to ‘multi task’ effectively under pressure
