-Assist in the development and implementation of a human resource program in the areas of employee relations, benefits and welfare administration, policies and procedures,
-Coordinate employees' performance management, assessment and improvement initiatives; Coordinate various employee relations initiatives, including new employees' orientation, exit interviews, etc.

Revenue Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities
-Ensure that revenue accounting transactions are timely recorded and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle.
-To ensure procedures of handing over of revenue collected are adhered, make sure collections are banked in the same day/ next working day (late collections), update cashbooks daily. You shall also submit records and reports to your supervisor daily.
-Post, cast and submit to your supervisor all general ledger and journal entries for revenue recognition and related transactions on the fifth day of the following month.
-To supervise revenue collectors and keeping all cancelled receipts under safe custody, report to your supervisor all cash shortage/coverage daily
-Performing any other duty as may be assigned by superiors

Assistant Medical Officer

Specific duties:
-Overall management of the implementation of all health activities in Kigoma Region, as per proposals, work plan, indicators, in adherence to donor regulations and agreement, with the aim of serving the beneficiaries effectively.
Provide strategic leadership for the health program, under the guidance of the Country Director, including ensure that EPR strategy is in place in the event of any epidemic.
-Ensure that the patients are treated according to updates treatment protocol. Consults the UNHCR Public Health Officer in the evaluation and management of complicated cases.
-Confer with the Referral Supervisor and the UNHCR Public Health Officer for those patients to be referred for special medical outreach programs organized within and outside Kigoma Region.
-Ensure that feedback of referred patients, including Persons with Disabilities who are referred for further treatment by the IRC’s Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) sector in camps, is given to the respective camps on monthly basis.

Responsibilities/Roles
-Analysing TAZAMA data from clinical studies conducted in Kisesa health centre and clinics associated with those studies. Prepare analysis programs and obtain the results required by the Gates funded study, and the Alpha network, as provided in the contract between TAZAMA and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). '
-Prepare tables and graphs of results for use in publications and presentations for the Gates study and other TAZAMA studies.
-Participate in analysis, writing up and planning to order to deliver the required work under the contract for the study.
-Communicate and work with other staff employed by the Gates study in TAZAMA project, and to work with other statisticians in TAZAMA, from LSHTM and from other Alpha sites.
-Give advice on statistical methods used in analysis, and to discuss and learn from other statisticians and analysts.
-Attend and contribute to regular meetings on progress, and to report on completion of tasks, and work required for future I deadlines.
