- Manage the various activities related to the implementation of the foundation's programs, working in collaboration with management, in-country leadership and program funders
- Develop and update program workplans in collaboration with program team and management
- Oversee sub-contractors, vendors and other partners, ensuring that they deliver on agreed upon objectives within the agreed upon time frame and budget
- Prepare, manage and monitor program budgets
- Collaborate with program team to undertake effective monitoring and evaluation of the programs
