Position Description:
Tanzania Breweries Limited (TBL) is offering the opportunity for competent Supply Chain Trainees to join our Traineeship program. This is a program aimed at taking capable people into the business to be developed for a career in senior management.

The program runs for a maximum of 2 years and covers all relevant aspects of the supply chain right from demand planning, procurement, production (Brewing, Packaging, Quality Control and Utilities), warehousing, sales and distribution for the brewing industry. You will be mentored and trained in SABMiller management techniques that come from our global position as the second largest brewing company in the world. During your traineeship you will be required to demonstrate high levels of self motivation, interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver results through problem solving and teamwork.
Trainees will be selected on career history, academic qualifications, work ethic and energy levels to be developed into the leader of the future for our growing business.
We are looking for trainees with either of the following qualifications:
•       Bse. In Production and Operations Management
•       BCom. In Management Science (Materials Management and Information System).
•       Bachelor of Arts in Procurement and Supplies Management
