- GOOD MATHEMATICAL BACKROUND
- WORKING EXPERIENCE: PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE IN BANKING/MICROFINANCE EXPERIENCE OR SMALL ENTERPRICES WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
- COMPUTER LITERATES
- GOOD MATHEMATICAL BACKGROUND
- LANGUAGE – FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SWAHILI.
