(a) Basic economic problem, choice and allocation of resources
(b)The market and market failure
(c) The individual as a producer, consumer and borrower, (d) the private firm as producer and employer
(e) The role of government in the economy
(f) Economic indicators
(g) Developed and developing economies and
(h) International aspects of the economy
(i) Theory and measurement in the macro economy, macroeconomic problems and policies.
