Position Description:

Suba Agro-Trading & Engineering Co. Ltd (SATEC) is an
indigenous owned fast growing company specialized in agricultural input
production, importation, distribution and promotion in Tanzania
Reporting to the MD, the factory manager will be responsible
to ensure the smooth running of company processing plants. The tasks include
ensuring total quality control, plan production cycles and stock management. He
Is also responsible for assisting the production manager in handling day to day
duties including planning and supervising the seed production process and
ensuring quality controls are maintained.
Key responsibilities:
Work on own initiative to handle day to day overall
supervision of factory operations under minimal supervision
Liaise with the immediate supervisors to perform required
tasks and keep records
Candidate should have at least a degree in Engineering /
FTC/ Agriculture or similar qualification however, experience in a similar
field will also be considered nature of the job demands a candidate who has
more than 5 years experience in leading people under the factory setting
