Position Description:

Suba Agro-Trading & Engineering Co. Ltd (SATEC) is an indigenous owned fast growing company specialized in agricultural input production, importation, distribution and promotion in Tanzania
Working in one of the regions in Tanzania, a sales representative is responsible for product development and sales in their respective regions.
Key responsibilities:-
Individuals that are result oriented and can work on own initiati'6e with minimum supervision as a larger % of pay will be
Performance based
Identifying key areas in the region to market and sale
Company products
Customer education and demo management
Identification and training of stockiest and Village Based
Agents (VBA)
Supervision and promotion of the company product's
Marketing by using VBA
Good knowledge of Crop growing cycles and seasons in
Tanzania will be an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years in marketing or sales job will be an added advantage
Degree/diploma in one of the following disciplines:
Agriculture, teaching, marketing or similar course Good communication skills
Must have a motorbike and or vehicle driving license
