Duties and Responsibilities

·         Monitor multi-bin storage space monitoring.

·         Create and manage one or more depots for company.

·         Monitor expiration time frame

·         Receive and put away provider purchase orders, stock transactions and client profits.

·         Process and send client purchases, stock transactions and provider profits.

·         Implement pick and put away techniques.

·         Integrate with Return Endorsement management.

·         Fully incorporate with Capital’s stock control, kit, client, provider, debtor, purchase order, transfer, and payments systems.

A leading process industry is looking for the field of Warehouse Manager Responsibilities includes accountability for all operations of a beverage warehouse to ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery of beverages. This includes managing all equipment, materials, supplies and distribution.
They maintain inventory and supply records, oversee logistics, and manage the distribution process and scheduling. This includes management of inventory counting, rotation and quality of stock and equipment. They also schedule maintenance and repair for equipment within the warehouse. Position Description:
Our Client Company, a large Processing Industry is looking for the Security Office in-charge for the Industrial process and loss prevention.

 Operations Manager

A leading process industry is looking for the field of Operation manager should have qualified degree/PG along with 2-5 years of experience into same industry and beverage industry experience is most preferable.
Responsibilities:

·         Work, and develop relationships, with external suppliers to ensure the very best reputation within the industry, and receives the service required to ensure that the operational Food and Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product, and the highest financial return

·         Work closely with the Manager to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational Food and Beverage team

·         Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements

·         The Operations Manager will constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained

·         The Food & Beverage Department has a wide number of external contractors and the Operations Manager will maintain close, professional, effective links with all. They will ensure that suppliers deliver to stated agreements, best practices are followed and technological advances are sought

·         They will also participate in the food development panel that sits to drive the food offer across the estate

·         The Operations Manager will be required to work with the Security Manager to deliver an effective loss prevention scheme

·         The Operations Manager will also be the department representative for Special Events, working each special event as the departmental duty manager

·         This will involve all planning associated with each event, right through to delivery

·         The Operations Manager is responsible for all trade press subscriptions and ensuring relevant information is passed on to the Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers

·         They will also liaise with the Sales and Marketing team and Food and Beverage Director to collate and respond to all customer correspondence, ensuring this is communicated to the entire Food and Beverage team, where appropriate

·         The Operations Manager will create and be required to operate within efficient labour budgets for each season, tracking labour spending and providing input regarding capital projects and initiatives

·         This will include ordering of equipment within financial constraints, invoice querying and establishing a positive relationship with the park Finance Department

·         The Operations Manager will assist in the planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications each season, working closely with Central Support to ensure they fit with guidelines and are to the high quality our guests expect

·         The Operations Manager is expected to provide constant leadership, counseling, advice and feedback to their peers

·         They must provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching

 Training Manager

Position Description:
The Incumbent is responsible for designing and implementing the technical training plan for building the capacity of management and staff and management lending to ensure that the bank meets its business goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Management of Individual Lending Training
-In collaboration with GMC and HHR, recruit, train, support and motivate credit staff
- Develop the technical training plan according to the business needs.
- Oversee and deliver the individual lending trainings in a close collaboration with the team of in-house trainers.
2. Training Systems Development
- Develop and update the training manuals, modules and materials in collaboration with the GMC and his/her staff and with the joint agreement of the management team
- Work with the ICT Department to ensure that the management and staff understand and utilize effectively the MIS.
3. Supervision and Monitoring
- Together with the GM Commerce, control the correct application of policies, norms and procedures at the branch level and ensure that business processes are working according to procedures;
- Provide input and feedback to the GM Commerce and his/her Department regarding the implementation of training as an integral part of PMS i.e. performance management system.
4. Training Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on the training team’s progress in implementing its annual plan of deliverables.
-Coordinate and evaluate training in the field as part of continuing education for the new LOs.
5. Financial Planning and Management
- Develop annual plans and budgets for the trainings to be delivered;
- Monitor unit expenses within the budget parameters;
- Fulfill all other functions and duties as required by the GM Commerce.
Core Competencies Required:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Strong credit methodology and process skills
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to assess credit applications and think strategically using financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to present financial information effectively to both specialists and non-specialists.
 - Understanding of portfolio management software packages, preferably familiarity with T24.
 - Knowledge of individual lending methodology for commercial microfinance.
-Mastery of pedagogy or adult learning techniques
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance or related area of study, or an appropriate level of work experience.
- Five years of senior credit management or training experience in the microfinance sector, using an individual lending methodology.
- Experience with portfolio management software packages, preferably familiarity with T24.

Position Description:
The objective of this position to operate the plant with high efficiency keeping in co-ordination with the Production Foreman, Production Fieldsmen, Technicians and Laboratory Operators. Improvement of the existing Operation practices for a better Productivity
MAIN TARGETS
a) Operate the Additive reception, Raw Mill, Kiln and Cement mill sections.

Main duties:
 a) Co-Ordinate with Production Foreman and Production Fieldsmen for the smooth operation of the plant.
 b) Monitor the quality of the products- Raw meal, Clinker and Cement- and maintain the quality within the range as defined in the QMS procedures.
 c) Keep good co-ordination with the laboratory for the feedback of quality.
 d) To follow the non-conformatity procedure in case the product is not conforming to the standards.
 e) Keep good communication with all and inform the abnormalities to the concerned.
 f) To act effectively during emergency stuations like fire/accidents.
